Please send pre-registration as soon as possible, the sooner you respond, the better we can plan the conference.

The pre-registration suggested donation is $25. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
This fee includes:

  • Guaranteed meals Thursday dinner through Sunday dinner (August 10-13), and as many as possible through August 17.
  • Access to all conference events.

Payment in cash is preferred. Checks can be made out to Jeff Hendricks.

Our largest expenses will be incurred well before the conference, so please respond ASAP.
